Used for 6 months. navigation is very poor especially on combined vacuum and mopping. The robot often scans nonexistent spaces and gets stuck trying to clean these spaces and then runs into walls and obstacles.. Contacted roborock about this error they asked for the description and did not hear from them again after my feedback. Used previous s5maxV and it was miles ahead of this bad product. Pls consider other options.

I left California for family in another state. I regret it daily and am planning on moving back. One thing I want to mention is it's completely possible for people who want small town feeling to find it in California. One of the tiniest towns I eve lived in was in Cali. It's such a huge state with every kind of place to live. Tiny towns. Amazing cities. It's a place for everyone, truly!

i have the T20 and its amazing, love the cleaning features and the voice commands. it is a bit finneky in some cases regarding wifi and multi store houses. also i have the chairs with the u shaped legs, and it like to get stuck on them, she allready got her frontal sensor scratched quite a bit, hopefully its not where the laser is, i think its on the inside indents.
